Cancellation Policy

• Payment is due at booking to reserve your spot.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may reschedule once at no charge.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Utah weather can be unpredictable! If weather makes meeting ineffective, we’ll reschedule at the earliest available date.
